4 carrots
2 oranges
1 small piece of ginger (2 cm)
1/2 lemon (optional for extra tang)
100 ml of water (if needed for blending)
Wash and peel the carrots.
Juice the oranges and lemon.
Grate or chop the ginger into small pieces.
Run the carrots and ginger through a juicer OR blend them with the orange juice and strain.
