1 teaspoon matcha powder (preferably organic and ceremonial grade)
200 ml
milk (plant-based or dairy)
60 ml
hot water (80°C, not boiling)
Ice cubes (for the iced version)

Optional:
1 teaspoon
maple syrup or honey
Red fruit purée
