Ingredients

200g rolled oats
100g
mixed nuts and seeds (almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etcg dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots, etc.)
2 tbsp chia or flaxseeds
3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

Preparations

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a rectangular baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine the honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well coated.

Step 4

Transfer the mixture to the baking pan and press it down firmly with the back of a spoon.

Step 5

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Step 6

Let the mixture cool completely in the pan before slicing it into bars.

Step 7

Store the bars in an airtight container for up to a week and enjoy!
