40 g organic pitted dates
50 g dried organic cranberries
10 g sesame seeds
10 g chia seeds
10 g pumpkin seeds
30 g walnut kernels
30 g ground almonds
10 g oat flakes
Some grated coconut
In a bowl, soak the dates and dry cranberries in hot water for 15min.
Once the dates and cranberries have softened, blend in a food processor to obtain a sticky paste.
Crush the pumpkin seeds and walnut kernels.
Put the date and cranberry paste in a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous paste. If it is too dry, add a little warm water.
Form small balls and roll them in the grated coconut.
